JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant, through Virtual Court proceeding.

In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 577 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 302, 201,120 B and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons is to have killed the father and mother of the informant and during investigation, it transpired that the petitioner was involved in the commission of the offence and in a very calibrated manner the offence has been committed by the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9662 of 2020(4) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 141, 142, 143, 152, 160 of the case diary show that in a systematic manner the petitioner has acted upon and committed double murder.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected for the present.
