This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 337, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused single fracture injury at the head of the informant, which was grievous in nature in the opinion the doctor.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2017, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on completion of six months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 265 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, or successor Court.
