In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that when his grand daughter had gone to attend the function of flag hosting she never returned. Allegation has been made against two persons including the petitioner to be instrumental.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the relatives of the girl has talked with her and requested her to return to the house whereupon she stated that she had gone along with one Rajan Kumar.

No.57089 of 2015 (3) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 3rd Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015.
