JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Veer Kunwar Singh University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University'). Nobody appears on behalf of the State.

2. Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University in which they have given details of the calculation made with regard to the claim of the petitioner relating to Group Insurance and arrears of difference of salary for the period March, 1982 to February, 2011.

3. From the aforesaid, the Court finds that the University has discharged its obligation of making the admitted payments.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition having served its purpose, stands disposed off.

5. However, if the petitioner finds any error in the calculation made by the University, it shall be open to him to file a representation before the Registrar of the University. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall look into the matter and get it verified from the records and pass a reasoned order within three weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If it transpires that any amount is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within three weeks from the date of passing of the order by the Registrar on the representation of the petitioner.
