The petitioner is in custody in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2008 for offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the FIR has submitted that although the allegation is set out against three accused persons including the petitioner but the specific charge of firing at the father of the informant is upon accused Raj Kumar Bhagat @ Pitariya causing the death of the father of the informant. He submits that there is no allegation insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the statement of learned counsel, let the petitioner Anjay Kumar Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
