In this case, the petitioner is submitting that she has applied for the post of Anganbari Sevika under Gopalpur Gram Panchayat for Centre No.18. As per the petitioner, on three occasions, Aam Sabha was held and she appeared in all the Aam Sabha, but till date no final list has been published of the selected candidate, for that she has filed an application before the District Programme Officer, Begusarai, on 13.08.2015 which is still pending.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17109 of 2016(2) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 Let the District Programme Officer, Begusarai, examine the application of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law without unnecessary delay. If the order of the District Programme Officer goes against the petitioner, she will be at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
