The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 1126/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the case in confessional statement of the coaccused Vishal Kumar; looted articles were recovered from possession of Vishal Kumar. Vishal Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 1754/2016. The case of the petitioner stands on better footing as nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade till date, although, the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 1126/2014.
