JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bithan P.S. Case 39 of 2014 (Trial No. 391 of 2014) instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is 3rd attempt made by the petitioner for bail. The report was called for from the court below about current status of the trial. The court below has mentioned in the report that till date total eight witnesses have been examined in this case and only one witness left to be examined. The trial is expected to be concluded within a period of four months. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
