JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-07-2022 The petitioner in the present case is seeking setting aside of the order dated 30.05.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya by which the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.3,500/- per month to the opposite party towards her maintenance from the date of filing of the application. In the admitted facts and circumstances of the case which is reiterated in the present proceeding also on behalf of the petitioner that he is an electric mechanic, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the meagre amount of Rs.3,500/- which has been awarded to the opposite party towards her maintenance. No other ground has been raised before this Court. This application is dismissed.
