2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16727 of 2018(6) dt.03-04-2023 2/3 Respondent/State informs this Court that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. He further informs that 90% pension and gratuity has already been paid on 5.7.2019 to the petitioner, leave encashment has been sanctioned for total amount of Rs.4,72,220/- vide memo no.3265 dated 26.11.2019, group insurance has also been sanctioned for its payment amounting to Rs.1,52,226/- vide memo No.3264 dated 26.11.2019. The entire amount of the provident fund could not be paid to the petitioner on account of certain objections raised, however, an amount of Rs.11,33,046 along with up-to-date interest has been calculated up to 30.11.2020 and has been sanctioned, vide dispatch no.FP/428 dated 8.12.2020. The District Programme Officer send the bill on 14.12.2020 to the Treasury Officer, Chapra for making payment through CFMS on 23.12.2020 successfully.

Considering the fact that all the retiral dues have already been sanctioned/paid to the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner seems to have been redressed, however, if the petitioner is still aggrieved for non-payment of any retiral dues under any head, he may file representation before the appropriate authority and he may also claim interest on account of delayed payment.
