Petitioner seeks bail in Garkha P.S. Case No.386 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation on the basis that a SIM was allegedly used in the looted mobile, which was standing in the name of Md. Ashique Hussain, who happens to be brother of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2019.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 14th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Garkha P.S.
