Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No.592 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Further submits that petitioner is neither present at the spot and nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J., IInd cum
