JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 Due to typographical mistake in the last paragraph of order dated 30.01.2016 to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015 has been typed, which should be in connection with Forbisganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 370 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.

Under the circumstances, the last paragraph of the order dated 30.01.2016 be read as follows:- "In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering that against the petitioner there is no specific allegation and he was only a member of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57859 of 2015 (3) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 mob and as such the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbisganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 370 of 2015, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail."
