The petitioner retired on attaining age of superannuation on 30.11.2019.

The grievance of the petitioner relates to non-payment of post retiral dues i.e. GPF, Gratuity, Earned Leave, LIC, pension, etc.

Considering the fact that the petitioner retired on

Patna High Court CWJC No.4856 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 30.11.2019, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure payment of entire post retiral dues to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order failing which the petitioner would be entitled to 9% interest from the date of filing of the writ petition till the date of actual payment.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
