The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 366 A, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner along with other four co-accused is said to have kidnapped the 15 years daughter of the informant with an intent to solemnize marriage with her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The victim in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she has solemnized marriage with the

In the medical report, the age of the victim is assessed as 17-18 years and now the victim is pregnant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S. Case No.50 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
