2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner assaulted informant with knife twice and thrice due to which he sustained head injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

5 . Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of petitioner and circumstances of the case , in the event of
