The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Bhikhari Pandit and it also came to light that petitioner had used the looted SIM after the alleged occurrence. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 22.11.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S.Case No. 177 of 2015.
