The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No.203 of 2018 registered under Sections 493, 496 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of accompanying the informant, aged about 19 years, by the petitioner at Puna and performing the marriage with the informant introducing himself to be the Bank Manager but, later on, it came to know that the petitioner was not the Bank Manager.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the occurrence is of 11.02.2018 but, at that time, the petitioner was engaged in his

No.11245 of 2019(4) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 Intermediate Examination scheduled for 14.02.2018 and 15.02.2018 and, thereafter, he passed the said Examination, which would appear from Annexure-2 series to this application. In fact the parents of the informant wanted to perform the marriage of the informant with the petitioner but the family members of the petitioner was not ready, due to that reason, the present case has been lodged.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gaya, in connection with Delha P.S. Case No.203 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
