The first opportunity was granted on 05.02.2020 and, thereafter, on 04.03.2020. In the order dated 04.03.2020, it was clearly mentioned that if the defects are not removed within one week after the Holi Holidays, this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench. Office has reported today that defects have not been removed.
