Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. There is recovery of five litres each of illicit

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20129 of 2021(2) dt.17-12-2021 2/2 liquor from the shops of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that the illicit liquor has been recovered from the shops of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
