2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 183/2023 lodged on 07.08.2023 under Section 20 and Section 22 on the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against two named persons including the present petitioner with an allegation that there is recovery of 5 kg of Ganja

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2023 having nine cases pending against him in which he is on bail in all the cases.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner's antecedent is not clean and there are nine cases pending against him of different nature.

6. In the present fact and circumstance, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

7. Accordingly, the regular bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected with specific direction to the Trial Court to conclude his trial within one year.
