This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bairiya P.S. Case No.318 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(10-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2019. Allegedly, from his possession the police, during course of raid, recovered one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that he has been maliciously implicated by the police for ulterior reasons and there is no chance that the petitioner shall flee from the course of investigation or trial. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
