Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Only material against the petitioner is weak suspicion to be indulged in unnatural death of brother of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nautan Police
