The petitioner is in custody in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No.19 of 2015 for the offences punishable under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner happens to be the Bhaisur of the informant and is charged of committing rape on her. Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the medical report placed at Annexure-2 submits that no sign of recent sexual contact has been found nor there is any foreign body present on the person of the victim.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the medical report, let the petitioner, namely, Ram Narayan Sao @ Mukesh be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No.19 of 2015.
