2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 506 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The deceased was having illicit relation with the wife of one Birbal Kumar for which he has been killed. The petitioner is said to have participated in the killing of the deceased. He is in jail since 06.05.2024.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 10935 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge 3rd Muzaffarpur/concerned Court in connection with Bochan P.S. Case No. 506 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Bochahan Police Station District-Muzaffarpur on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
