JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has approached this Court without availing alternative remedy of statutory revision under Clause 15(B) of the PDS (Control) Order, 2001 or the Clause 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2015 whichever is applicable. However, now he wants to prefer revision.

Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of statutory revision. If the petitioner prefers a revision then let the same be considered and decided on its own merit and in accordance with law.
