For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Dr. Shashi Shekhar Kishore For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. B.Ram (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor, including learned counsel for the informant. Seen the report submitted by the learned lower court. From the report it is evident that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Therefore, now it is upon the petitioner to get the trial concluded at an earliest by way of co-operating the learned lower court.
In case so co-operated at the end of the petitioner, then the learned lower court will endeavour to conclude the trial by 31st July 2016. Considering the status of the petitioner, I do not see any cogent reason for re-consideration.
Prayer for bail is rejected.
