2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiating a contempt proceeding against the contemnors opposite parties for

Patna High Court MJC No.3050 of 2018(9) dt.02-04-2026 2/2 wilful disobedience, flouting and none compliance of the order dated 12. 2. 2018 passed in C. W. J. C. No. 19546 of 2016 and for theirs being convicted and sentenced under the Contempt of Courts Act.

3. The show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.-5, the District Education Officer, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif is on record and the documents attached to it shows that up-till February, 2012, the payment of Rs. 1,57,000/- has been made vide an order dated 07.09.2019 and further the letter no. 717 dated 26.09.2018 shows that from March, 2012, she is getting regular salary.

4. In that background, this Court is convinced that the order stands complied, no contempt is made out, the MJC No. 3050 of 2018 is disposed of.
