ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the present petitioner Jai Prakash @ Jai Prakash Agrawal is that some of the accused persons used to visit his flour mill.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, on perusal of the case diary submits that save and except the aforementioned allegation there is no further material in the case diary to support the allegation against this petitioner and to prove complicity in connection with the present case, it has been

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 790 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
