2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 302, 504/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, co-accused namely Rishab Singh, Ali Hussain and Raja Singh are said to have fired and killed the deceased for extortion.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is not alleged to have accompanied the accused persons. The petitioner is under custody since 28.10.2024. On exactly similar footing,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12240 of 2025(3) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 co-accused Md. Chand Alam has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 76006 of 2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-Ist Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
