JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.354 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that one Raj Bir Ram was arrested with a stolen motorcycle by the police and on inquiry, he disclosed the name of the petitioner as the person from whom he had purchased the said motorcycle as also that the petitioner is accused in at least four other cases, the detail of which is mentioned in para 3 of the application, I am not inclined to grant
