Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act. From beneath the bed of the petitioner on which the petitioner was lying, a country made pistol and cartridges were recovered by the police.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2016 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on completion of nine months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15921 of 2017 (3) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 Jamui/successor Court in connection with Chandramandih Police Station Case No. 99 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
