JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 The only grievance raised in this writ petition is that the Bihar State Bar Council had erroneously stayed the election of the District Bar Association, Purnea.

A submission was made by Mr. Gyan Prakash Ojha appearing on behalf of the Bar Council to submit that the election has been held and the office bearers to the District Bar Association, Purnea stands elected.

The matter was passed over to be taken up today when Mr. Ajit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner admits to the position.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4632 of 2014 (2) dt.19-03-2015 Considering the circumstances that the writ petition only questioned the stay of election of District Bar Association, Purnea, by the State Bar Council, nothing survives in this writ petition and which is disposed of accordingly.
