Petitioner is accused in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 registered for the offences alleged under Sections 395 and 412 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of the coaccused. Neither anything has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on Test Identification Parade. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2017.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16596 of 2017 (3) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016.
