JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 452, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is of damaging the wall and other articles of the informant and also allegation against petitioner no.2 is of firing.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the dispute is of civil nature. Further, they have no criminal antecedents.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.J.-1st-cum-A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
