Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 242 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this court vide order dated 20.11.2019 and 04.12.2019 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20874 of 2021(2) dt.13-01-2022 2/2 Misc. Nos. 65831 of 2019 and 70298 of 2019 respectively, as contained in Annexure-3 (series). Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S.
