This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Amour P.S. Case No. 181 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have participated in the brutal murder of the deceased and the blood stains have been found from the place of occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, in the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9883 of 2022(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
