The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise & Prohibition Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 132 liters of illicit liquor from the dickey of a car.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the vehicle nor the car belongs to the petitioner and he is merely the driver of the said car. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 28.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judicial, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018.
