The present writ petition has been preferred: for direction to the Circle Officer, Chiraiya to grant rent receipt in favour of the petitioner as the Circle Officer, Chiraiya had settled the land with the father of the petitioner vide Abhileksh Sankhya 7-34, 7374/75-76 under Khata No. 7, plot no. 344 area 5 decimals. The land is situated in Mouja Parei, Thana No. 159, Police Station Chiraiya in the District of East Chamaparan at Motihari. In light of the order of the Circle Officer, Parwana was issued and the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14636 of 2016(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 Circle Officer ordered to grant the rent receipt to the petitioner. The petitioner approached the office of the Circle Officer and requested to order for grant of rent receipt to the Karmchari and the petitioner filed several applications pillar to post and invited the kind attention of the Administration but unfortunately he had not considered the case of the petitioners and did not grant any receipt. Therefore, a direction may be issued to the Circle Officer to immediately grant rent receipts by issuance of an appropriate writ, direction or command the respondents.
