JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 28-01-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order of termination purportedly issued by the Chairperson/ Secretary of the School Managing Committee of Jarang High School, Gaighat, Muzaffarpur on 28.03.2018.

At the outset, a query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioner to pinpoint the document whereby and whereunder the petitioner was appointed in the said school and was then terminated from his services, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner could neither show the letter of appointment of the petitioner as 'Adeshpal' in the said school nor the letter of

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having gone through the materials on record, it is apparent that the petitioner has failed to demonstrate that he has been terminated from service, much less show that he was at the very first instance appointed in the aforesaid school, hence, this Court finds that no legal right is vested with the petitioner to approach this Court by way of the present writ petition, hence the same is dismissed.
