The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Choutarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. Case No.317 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application.
