JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of argument submits that the petitioner is the appellant - plaintiff in Title Appeal No. 02 / 2016 and taking into consideration the fact that the Appeal is at the stage of argument, he is not pressing the present civil miscellaneous application. However, submission is that the lower appellate court be directed to dispose of the Appeal within a reasonable time frame. In view of the submission made by the petitioner and the fact that Appeal is at the stage of argument, the learned court below i.e. Addl. District and Sessions Judge-III, Sheikhpura is requested to take steps for disposal of the Title Appeal No. 02 / 2016 as early as possible preferably within a period of three months.
The present civil miscellaneous application is accordingly disposed of.
