The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.230 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the daughter-inlaw of the petitioner was killed in her matrimonial home within two years of her marriage and half burnt dead body kept in a gunny bag was recovered by the police, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
