2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner No. 1 is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of khanti and petitioner No. 2 is alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant by means of spade.

4. It is submitted that the injuries allegedly caused by the petitioners are found to be simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the simple nature of injuries, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P. S. Case No. 526 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
