Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2019 for the offence under sections 401, 413, 414, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aged about 20 years.
It is alleged that name of the petitioner was disclosed by two persons who were arrested at the spot. The petitioner is in custody since 9.10.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody since 9.10.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five

Case No. 274 of 2019 subject to the condition that on release the petitioner shall render his service as volunteer for a period of one month to combat pandemic Covid-19 and as such he is required to report to the Nodal Officer, Darbhanga who shall utilize the service of the petitioner appropriately.
