The petitioner has filed this writ petition for direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment in pursuance of Advertisement No. 01/2004 and Advertisement No. 02/2004 issued for appointment on the post of Constable. Even after 13 years, i.e. after ten years of the advertisement, the petitioner filed this writ petition. The appointment process in pursuance of the aforesaid judgment must have come to an

Patna High Court CWJC No.4570 of 2014 dt.16-10-2017 end and the same cannot be allowed to remain unending process.
