The petitioner seeks cancellation of the Matriculation certificate and the certificate of passing of Intermediate of Arts examination issued in the years 2014 and 2016 by the Bihar School Examination Board in the name of Nivedita. From the pleadings on record, it appears that the case of the petitioner is that she had already completed even Post Graduation course whereafter she was compelled by a person whose name is there in the Writ Application to write Matriculation and Intermediate examinations again in the name of Nivedita. It is her case that she has filed an F.I.R. also in this regard.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18502 of 2016(2) dt.03-11-2017 2/2 No relief as sought in the present Writ Application can be granted in view of the nature of controversy involved, which are manifold.

I need not refer to all those facts in the present order to protect the dignity of the petitioner.

This application, in my view, cannot be entertained. The petitioner shall, however, have liberty to take recourse to appropriate provisions of law claiming the relief as has been claimed in the present application.
