The husband of the petitioner was working as assistant teacher in Utkramit Middle School, Sahpur, Samastipur who died in harness on 5.2.2014. The petitioner being widow applied for compassionate appointment. She submitted all the relevant information and documents as required by the respondents but till date the case of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents.
Considering the object behind the compassionate to tide over the financial crises, the Court directs the respondents
Patna High Court CWJC No.16216 of 2018(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
