Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 385, 504, 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.19981 of 2021(2) dt.16-12-2021 2/3 It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner demanded ransom from the informant and when he denied, co-accused Md. Saddam assaulted with dagger on the head of the informant. It is alleged against this petitioner that he caught hold the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. Moreover, the specific accusation of assault is against Md. Saddam, not this petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present one.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
