2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 6 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 54 liters of illicit liquor from a motorcycle.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and she is only the owner of the motorcycle. He further submits that Hari Mukhiya was caught with illicit liquor on motorcycle.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10339 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 6 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
